How to Avoid Knee Injuries?

- Knee is one of the most important part of human body . Because if your knee is hurt you cant walk , you cant sit, you cant sleep hell maybe you can even use the toilet properly.So you always want to take care of your knee. -Well sad story i apparently did not take care of my knee and used my bicyle all year winter and summer and know im suffering extreme pain and back side my of patella is damaged. -Doctor said you will get better if you lose weigth and if you do exercises that improves your leg mussles. BUT your patella (knee cap ) will never be the same again.This stuation called Runners Leg or Patella Cartilage .  So how do you be protected from knee injuries ? 1-WIND IS YOUR WORST ENEMY    First of all if you are cycling with your bike i recommend you to adjust your seat properly and ride your bike with knee protection againts wind and cold in winter times.   I did not do that and now my knee is untreatable position. Only cure for my knee is to total kn
